High-pressure coils and robot piping kits for waterjet installations: pre-formed coils that absorb the movement of the cutting head, and complete piping sets for robot and multi-axis arms.

A coil is what lets rigid high-pressure tubing follow a moving head without fatiguing. Its geometry is not decorative: the bend radius and the number of turns are what determine how much movement the line can take and how long it lasts. Replacing a coil with one of a different geometry is a common cause of premature failure.

On robot installations, the piping kit has to be routed so the tube never works in torsion. If you are laying out a new installation, send us the axis travel and we will tell you which set fits.
